Terms & Conditions

These are the Terms and conditions that you must agree to in order for me to repair or diagnose your iPod.

1. In the process of repairing your iPod, some or all of your songs may be lost. Please make sure that all of your data and songs on your iPod are backed up before you send it to me. I am in no way responsible for the loss of data on your iPod.
2. When shipping your iPod to me, I require you to insure your iPod for the full amount. I am not responsible if your iPod is lost or broken in shipping. This is the mail service's responsibility, and if you don't insure it I can't do anything about it. I will also insure your iPod when I return it.
3. Under no circumstances will MyiPodBroke.com pay more than the original cost of the iPod, or $200, whichever is lower, in the case that some part is damaged on MyiPodBroke.com's behalf.
4. Before sending your iPod to MyiPodBroke.com, assure that all warranties with apple or the company you purchased your iPod are already void or useless to you. In order to replace parts on an iPod, the iPod must be opened which voids all previous warranties. MyiPodBroke.com is NOT responsible for these voided warranties.
5. If I have already charged you, and it turns out that the price will be more, I have every right to charge more to complete the repair of your iPod. If you do not pay the rest, I will be forced to just send back your iPod partially repaired. This should never happen, as I make sure that the price I send you is correct the first time.
6. Return Shipping is non-refundable.
7. If your iPod remains with us for over 90 days without contact, we will send it back in the condition it was received.
8. In any situation, I will be as courteous as possible. Please be understanding and I am sure we can figure any problems out quickly and efficiently.
